How to change physical address?

I need to change the physical address associated with the account. This si all physical address options, postal, billing, and shipping. I cannot see any option to edit this. Any ideas?

    Hi LonAus,

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

    My apologies for the late response. To update the listed account address, the primary contact can gently log into their my.MYOB account and navigate to My Account > My Business Details to make the necessary changes.

      I navigated to the My Business Details however there is no option for me to edit the details.

    hi Earl_HD​  i am having the same issue but cannot see any option to start a new conversation? I have logged in as you said, and details come up, but no option to update, please advise

      Hi mareecav,

       

      Good on ya for jumping into MyAccount to sort out your details. The reason you're not seeing the option to update your physical address might be because you're not set up as the primary contact on the account. Only the primary contact gets the keys to make those changes. Here's a link that gives you the full rundown: Managing your MYOB account.

       

      If you're still stuck or not sure who the primary contact is, best bet is to jump on our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount and the team can give you a hand.
