My apologies for the late response. To update the listed account address, the primary contact can gently log into their my.MYOB account and navigate to My Account > My Business Details to make the necessary changes.Please do let me know how you go on this.

Good on ya for jumping into MyAccount to sort out your details. The reason you're not seeing the option to update your physical address might be because you're not set up as the primary contact on the account. Only the primary contact gets the keys to make those changes. Here's a link that gives you the full rundown: Managing your MYOB account.
