hi Earl_HD i am having the same issue but cannot see any option to start a new conversation? I have logged in as you said, and details come up, but no option to update, please advise

Good on ya for jumping into MyAccount to sort out your details. The reason you're not seeing the option to update your physical address might be because you're not set up as the primary contact on the account. Only the primary contact gets the keys to make those changes. Here's a link that gives you the full rundown: Managing your MYOB account.
If you're still stuck or not sure who the primary contact is, best bet is to jump on our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount and the team can give you a hand.
