I need INV-5101 deleted. MYOB says “You can't delete a sale with payments applied” because $56,350 is marked as paid. However, there is no payment visible in Record invoice payment, Find Transactions, or the invoice Activity/History. Please remove the payment application so I can delete INV-5101.

That certainly sounds odd. Any payments linked to an invoice would normally appear in the Activity section, so if there’s no payment showing there, it may need to be investigated further.
As you’ve already checked the invoice and transactions, please contact our support team through My Account or connect with them via MOCA, our virtual assistant, so they can check why INV-5101 is showing as paid and advise on the next steps.
