How to determine if we're using Professional, Service or Miscellaneous layout

Hi all,

 

We've just set up DEXT to integrate with our MYOB Business (AccountRight). It's been several years since we started using MYOB and staff have come and gone during that time so knowledge of the set up and MYOB product has been lost. When publishing from DEXT to MYOB, we have to select to publish to 'Service', 'Professional' or 'Miscellaneous' . From doing some research it looks like these are different layouts in MYOB. Where/how do we find in MYOB what layout we use - Service, Professional or Misc?

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    When selecting the layout, either service, professional, or miscellaneous, it would be best to first check each layout to know what best fits the information you have on your end. To do this, go to AccountRight > Sales > Enter Sales > Select Layout. This way, it will allow you to view the differences in each layout.
