Thanks for posting, let’s get those CC copies landing where they should. If your customer is receiving the emailed invoices, it likely points to an issue with your own email address or filters, please double‑check your Spam/Junk folders. Then try sending a test invoice to your own address to confirm delivery and verify your email is correctly entered in the CC field. If none of that helps, we can check whether your address is blacklisted on our mail system.
