Invoice payment surcharge

A new update to MYOB

I have changed the company settings for the customer to pay the surcharge - see screen shot

 

Why does EVERY invoice not have this as the setting, every invoice says surcharge is OFF ie business pays

 

please help me

    Hi 4Gardens,

     

    I understand that you need to charge the surcharge fee to all invoices. As per checking the screenshots you've sent, the option "Your customers pay the surcharge" has already been turned on. In this case, I would suggest turning the setting on and off prior to processing the invoice to see if it automatically selects the "Your customers pay the surcharge".
