Thanks for flagging this, and thanks Albare for confirming you're seeing the same thing.
We've seen similar reports where the Activity column on the Invoices page isn't updating properly, even after an invoice has been emailed.
There isn't a confirmed permanent fix just yet, but it's worth trying to re-send the affected invoice, as that can update the Activity status in some cases. You can also open the invoice itself and check the Activity section there, as it may still show the email activity even when the Invoices list stays blank.
