That does sound like a proper head-scratcher, when everything looks fine but the numbers clearly aren't lining up. I get why you're a bit over it after battling the chatbot too. Just to reassure you first up. We're not seeing any broader issues with invoices at the moment, and the Status Hub has actually been pretty spot on. So this one's likely a bit more localised rather than a system-wide blow-up. If your filters are already set to "All" and no customer is selected, a couple of quick things worth trying:
- Give the browser a hard refresh (or log out and back in)
- Try a different browser or incognito window
- Clear cache. MYOB can sometimes hang onto old display data longer than it should
It does sound like the invoice list view might just be having a moment rather than the data actually disappearing, especially since your overdue and in-progress totals are still showing correctly. If it's still only showing those 2 invoices after that, you're absolutely right to raise it. The support team can dig a bit deeper on the backend once you get through.
