You can try the following steps to get the information you need:
Sales by Item Report: In the browser version of MYOB, go to Reporting and select the Sales by Item report. This should display sales data for specific items, and you should be able to filter it by item name. Make sure the filter for "Staff" is either set to "All" or doesn't apply, since you're not using staff.
Customer Sales Report: Another option is to use the Sales by Customer report, which should provide a list of customers who purchased the items, even if the staff filters are affecting other reports.
