Items not able to be used or edited.

Since the rollover, I have a variety of items that will not appear on invoices and can not be edited. I constantly get the error message: 

Something went wrong

Try refreshing your browser
If the issue persists, contact MYOB support
Is there a fix to this or do I need to delete and start again?

    Thank you for your post. I've had a script run over your file that should resolve this, can you please sign out of your file > clear your browser cache > Sign back into your file. You should be able to delete the invoice now.

      Hi Melisa_D , I am having the same issue with my file (items not being able to be used in invoices or even opened from the Items page since the upgrade). May I please have the next steps/info you need from me, in order to get you to run the script over my file also? Thank you so much!

        Thanks for your post. I have ran a script over your file with a serial number ending on 0191. Please sign out of your file, clear the cache and log in again. Let me know if that worked for you!
