    Hi mikescott 

     

    Yes this is a bug. It's been around well over 10 months now! If you try to adjust the price via import you would get error 4077. MYOB need to run a script on your file to fix this. Get in touch via chat etc to get process started. I am not sure how to tag a moderator on this new system.

Hey mikescott 

Not sure if you have found the solution but I have found one that doesn't involve contacting support. Feel free to yell out of you still need assistance :)

I did contact support, they ran a script, works now.
