My In Tray says it is Loading for a long time & then says empty when I know that there are invoices in there. The main screen shows an error as well.

I just got my uploads to open - BUT THEY ARE ALL GONE.
I was having problems opening Invoices from suppliers too. But it comes back and goes.
I had the same issue, all uploaded invoices and supporting documents were gone, and I couldn't open any invoices. Now it seems all right.
UPDATE: IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S WORKING ‼️

Hi,
I'm currently placed in a call queue and have no idea of the wait time. An AI voice is telling they are aware of an issue with invoicing customers but not about accessing invoices from your suppliers (which is what I'm trying to access).
While waiting, I tried their online chatbot and eventually asked to chat to a team member and this is what I got:

Thanks everyone, glad it's not just me. I've shutdown my whole computer and restarted & still it exists.

Spoke to a support team member, all she could say is they are working on it. No idea of ETA when it will be functioning again. Just go do something else while waiting, get a coffee and chill if you really have nothing else to do 🤣
