Journal Memo

Question

Hi all - Where do I find the field on the Invoice to enter a journal memo (as found in Accountright) so that the customers can see this on their Statement?&nbsp; Step by step instructions please ... I have searched quite a bit but can't find out how to do it.&nbsp; Our customers have their own customers and they have to know who to charge for the service when reading the Statements.&nbsp; Thanks in Advance :)

Appreciate you looking around for the journal memo, but it’s not available in the browser. You can only add notes to a customer when creating invoices. I agree it’d be handy to have a spot for a quick description for customers. If you’re up for it, please pop this on our Ideas board so others can vote and our product team can consider it in future updates.
