My customer invoices are generated in Preno and imported to MYOB but item quantities are missing

My customer invoices are generated in Preno (external system) and imported to MYOB but item quantities are missing   I would like the MYOB invoice to show how many of which item the customer has us...

Hi Birdsferry , out of interest, which MYOB program are you using? (I don't have access to that information).

 

And can you find out from Preno's configuration/set-up MYOB integration options, or ask Preno support, whether they are posting item or service invoices?

 

If you are using MYOB Business (browser only program), MYOB's suggestion to check the invoice layout might be the answer to your problem.
