Thanks for explaining that. If the invoices can still be found through Record invoice payment, that usually means the invoices are still there, but the Sales > Invoices list isn’t loading/displaying them properly. A quick first step is to clear your browser cache or try opening the file in a different browser, then sign back in, as this has fixed the same issue for other users before.
