Small business owner trying to catch up on work this weekend and your system keeps crashing. I get a message saying something went wrong if the issue persists please contact myob support. Ummmmm but you don't have any support available on the weekend!!! And I check your system status page and to add more insult it keeps showing all green lights and system good to go. How can you justify not having any support available over the weekend to address system issues? We are not living in a world anymore where businesses only open Monday - Friday!! Why do you not have support available on weekends? And how am I meant to get my work done when your system keeps crashing.

So, I went to try to log in just now. It appears to log in just fine and then has a blank screen saying select a business and try again. I only have one business and it usually comes up. So, I guess I will quit trying for a while. No point in calling support because they are closed.

Need access 6 files , cannot access none. Time, money, 25 days to log bas returns. Why myob does not have min support on weekend, busy is 24-7 these days

I'm having the same problems - very frustrating!! I agreed... who works M - F now??? Just wasted my whole Saturday morning trying to catch-up on accounts and seeing red🤬 after continually getting "Something Went Wrong" + error messages. I've tried everything I can think of including updating browser and deleting work I've done this morning - but problem continues. Now I can't even log in - it's always "Something Went Wrong" now. So pleased I saw your message - thought it was something I'd done. About to send an email. Good luck!!

Totally agree...no ne works 5 days a week except the staff employed by MYOB !!!!!!!this is bad business ethics...there should be 7 day " human" support ...I have the same issue and run a 7 day week business.......too bad if I lose sales and MYOB don't give a .............cannot get past refresh !!!!!!

sometimes the weekends are the only time we can catch up without the constant phone interruptions.....hope we get some support soon.

  Yes and I do Payroll on Sunday night so it will be very painful if this continues to be an issue.

Strangely just confined to cloud MYOB, can still access one of the company files using desktop version.

Yes I agree this is ridiculous!! The desktop version works fine!! I'm so over this piece of **bleep** system/AI **bleep**!! they can't even do the little things correctly including the entering screen when you enter invoices being bigger!!! Xero is so much better with sorting out issue. I've actually talked to someone about my Xero issue (yes can you believe it a really person) and they took my comments on board. I also had a button removed from my purchasing screen and within 24 hours it was returned. MYOB really should take a good hard look at what Xero is doing!!! Oh amazing the effected screen just changed to yellow and red!!!

I'm having the same problems, such a pain as like everyone else, I use the weekend to catch up on paperwork
