MYOB Capture App Not Working

Message in App - "Error getting business list - We couldn't retrieve your business list.  Please wait a few moments and try again."

 

Have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled.  Then told I needed a new password.  Did this and still getting this message.  I have been using this App with no problems for as long as it has been operational and confused what's going on.

 

Please advise.
