MYOB Capture app

When you use the MYOB Capture app to upload receipts, it rarely matches the Spend Money transactions.  I then have to go to the In Tray to match them.

 

Is there something I am doing wrong or is this the way it is?

    Hi BRex,

     

    Thank you for your post. Generally, MYOB capture apps work by taking photos of a receipt >> Crop the photo to remove unwanted areas and your receipt will be sent to your In Tray, and it is ready to use in MYOB.     I would have thought that you create the spend money transaction from the loaded receipt from the in tray, not create before hand, I have never seen an in tray item match up to any transaction ever.
