Thanks for sharing the screenshot, I can see why that’s confusing.
If you’re using MYOB Business Pro in the browser, you shouldn’t need to turn on a desktop AccountRight emailing preference. That message usually appears when the file still has an old AccountRight email setting attached to it from earlier setup or migration.
This isn’t something you can switch on from your side in MYOB Business Pro. It needs to be corrected on the file from our end so emailing can work properly again.
The best next step is to contact our support team so they can take a look at the file and apply the fix for you. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
