Thanks for that, I did go through the personalising invoices but found that the invoice still doesnt show the payment method. Please see picture attached. Thanks for the help.

I am trying to tackle the same issue, and warching this place for an answer.
We want to show the agreed Payment Method and a Payment Note, but no luck. However, on some clients it shows the Payment method but not on others. Unbale to understand the logic.

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! So you can add notes to an invoice to customers by typing in the Notes field on the invoice window, and ticking the "Remember this" option, which will keep the same notes on a ll future invoices. Please see our help note on creating invoices for more details.

Thanks for the suggestion, it would serve my purpose. However I cannot see Notes field on Invoice window to add notes to invoice. Could it be the vesrion I am using AccountRight?
