Has the enabling of the surcharge fee that is passed onto the customer able to be shown on an invoice yet? I still don't seem to be able to print an invoice off and send it to my customer that shows the fees associated with the surcharge.

Surcharge fees are not included on the final invoice receipt. However, you can see the surcharge fee during online payment, found on the lower left of the screen when choosing the payment option.
