Purchase and Banking in tray not working

Anyone else having issues with the in tray for purchases and banking not working. Says the in tray is empty and also does not upload documents added? Any tricks with trying to reset this? I have had issues with the in tray not showing all documents in the pass and trick would be to upload or delete for the others to appear. Have had the issue since last wednesday and Myob said they would get back to me when fixed but still nothing
