Hi FNQMotorsports,
Totally get where you’re coming from on wanting receipts. Only OIP can produce receipts, and with manual payments there’s no option on our side to generate them. I know you've mentioned about OIP's additional cost, but you can still offset its extra costs by surcharging for the fees, excluding BPAY. That doesn't help if people don't want to use it to pay and prefer to pay via bank deposit or with cash. I am confused as to why such a simple feature is not available. Is there any way to find out if this is even a feature that will be available at some point?

Hi FNQMotorsports,
I totally get the frustration here. Right now, only Online Invoice Payments can produce automatic receipts, and there isn’t a built-in way in MYOB Business to automatically generate a receipt for manual payments (like direct bank deposits or cash) without using OIP. That means at the moment you’d still need to either send a copy of the paid invoice or create a manual receipt outside MYOB if you’re not using online payments.

That doesn't actually answer any of my follow up questions. Is there any plan for this feature to be rolled out to all forms of payment?
