Remittances advice not emailing

I have noticed that since the remittance advice has had not a robot thing added, I have not being able to email remittances after I enter a supplier payment. How do I fix this.

    Thanks for the post. The help article, Send remittance advices, has detailed information and instructions to assist with this.

     

    If you are still having an issue after doing all the steps, please provide the error message that you are receiving.

      Hi,

       

      Yes this is exactly how I proceed to email remittance advise from MYOB. It has being working fine until the last couple of weeks, after a "not a robot" check box was added.
