If this window is still appearing after selecting "Don't show this again", I would first suggest using Chrome as your browser (if you haven't already) and also clearing your browser cache to ensure no environmental factors are causing this issue.

Hi Sam,
Following on from Brandoutloud's post how do we permanently remove the fund this button at the top of the invoice page as seen in the attached screenshot?
