Hi,

 

Today my intray does not want to open or accept documents.  Came up with this message:

I have refreshed the browser and logged out and back in several times.

 

Haven't had trouble using this before

    Hi Mackx,

    Are you still encountering this problem? If so, I suggest clearing your browser's cache and history, or attempting to log in using a different browser. If the issue persists, please inform us so that we can conduct a more in-depth investigation..

      Hi,

       

      No longer experiencing it, I left it for a day and it fixed itself.
