Hi MYOBuser2021,
Sometimes, changing the date range and clicking Reset on the report a couple of times can refresh the data in the background and get the report to display properly. You can also try creating a new invoice or transaction, then hit Refresh on the report to see if that helps.
If it's still not working, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can take a closer look for you.
