Search function in invoices

Question

the search function in the invoice screen is not working. I have checked the date range is correct, set to all invoices, status is set to all, customers is set to all. When I enter the invoice number I am looking for all I get is 2 overdue invoices! I've tried searching by invoice number, by customer, by status with the same result. This has only happened since the latest update. Is there a hidden field I can't see?? I've tried logging out and logging back in, shutting down and opening it up again, still no joy. Frustrating!!!

Hi TC1808,Thanks for raising this, and for outlining everything you’ve already tried. We’re currently not seeing any similar reports in our system.&nbsp;
In the meantime, if you haven’t already, could you please try:

clearing your browser cache (or using a private/incognito window), and
 testing in a different browser, just to confirm it behaves the same way.

HI Earl&nbsp;thanks for your response. I tried another browser (Chrome) and that seems to be working. I also tried clearing cache on my original browser (Firefox) and that made no difference. I am still not getting any search results. I might submit a support case as Firefox is my preferred browser and really it seems ridiculous that it should make a difference.
