Secure invoicing

Myob asked me to upgrade to secure invoicing and I completed the registration a few weeks ago and Im still awaiting approval. I'm unable to email invoices and it asks for my to register but it has already been completed and there is nothing I can open to further it. I've rang twice. The first time I was on the phone for 66Minutes only to be transferred and told that there is a 30 minute wait, Which I had to give up on. and similar the second time.  What do I do?

    I am having the same experience.

    What can I do?  Hope we can get a response asap....

    Thanks for your patience. The verification process for the secure invoicing upgrade usually takes about 14 business days. You'll get an email notification once the upgrade is complete. If you've already submitted all the necessary information but haven't heard back, please reach out to our financial services team. You can find their contact details at the very bottom of this link. Additionally, you can connect with our live chat support agents via our virtual assistant MOCA for immediate help.

      I've tried twice. unless you have hours spare to wait on hold it's impossible. Ive tried at different times. first time I was holding for 66 minutes. second time I tried first thing in the morning for a 30 minute wait. I'm on hold right now at 20 minutes on hold and I can't wait much longer.
