What happens if we are not interested in upgrading to secure invoicing. Will the system still allow us to print out our invoices. We deal with NDIS and they do not allow surcharges, so we would have to absorb the additional costs. Can we stay with the Version we currently have?

If you choose not to upgrade to secure invoicing, you can still print out your invoices. Since you deal with NDIS and cannot pass on surcharges, you can stay with the version you currently have; however, you won’t be able to share invoices with your customers via the secure MYOB system. Specifically, this includes sharing invoices using the email, copy link, or SMS options available within the platform. Also, there’s no change to the price of your base subscription since it’s free to upgrade to secure invoicing. See this link for more details.
