Selecting what I want to do EVERY SINGLE TIME

Surely there must be a work around for having to select what I want to do EVERY SINGLE TIME!  For instance when I want to create a customer payment once I've hit process for that particular transacti...

Hi LiaS811 

After you have entered the invoices, you can go to Sales>>Invoices>>Select the invoice you want to pay for and select "Create payment" at the bottom of that screen, and the next screen will have all the customer details prefilled.
