Have the same problem about the banner on Invoice page 'Smart Invoice Reminders helps you get paid on time, without the awkward chase.' - and it taking up too much space. And have also 'closed' it multiple times, but just keeps coming back straight away.
Found your message, but there's been no other response as yet - hopefully there is a way to stop the banner.

Also, just saw when looking online for a solution to the MYOB Smart Invoice banner, a suggestion from MYOB moderators -
'Because this banner is currently designed to be persistent, MYOB moderators have suggested that users post this request on the MYOB Ideas Board so the product team can add a toggle to hide it permanently.'
So hope other MYOB users post in regards to this issue.
How do we do this? I was under the impression this is the only feedback mechanism to the MYOB impenetrable fortress!!
