Question

Can we please dispense with this reminder, its pointless.

I turned ON the reminders, just to see if the banner would would finally disappear - but NO.

So why have a banner that keeps popping back (despite being told to CLOSE) to "learn more" about a feature that was actually on and being used ?

This is wild.

I appreciate the prompts to learn about features, but if i tell it to close, then its evident i have seen it and dismissed it and want to get on with my day, not be nagged to learn more

I get how distracting that banner is when you are just trying to get on with your work, so it makes sense you want it gone for good.
&nbsp;
Right now, it is a general Smart Invoice Reminders prompt, and it does not always recognise when you are already set up, so it can keep popping back up even though reminders are on. There is no option on your end yet to permanently disable that specific banner, but closing it will not change your reminder settings or stop anything from being sent.
