Super payment issue - fund can no longer receive contributions

Wanted to pay super, when I go to record it tells me that the Australian Retirement Trust (formally sunsuper).....   "This fund can no longer receive contributions using Pay Superannuation, pleas...

    I have just successfully updated the Super Fund ABN & USI number using the information from the Super Fund Website and by clicking on our business name at the top-right of your window > Payroll Settings > Superannuation funds >  and clicking on the matching super fund and SAVE!

Hi CCBell,

 

I would need to see the fund details for that fund. You can get this information by clicking on your business name at the top-right of your window > Payroll Settings > Superannuation funds > click the fund in question > take screenshot.
