supplier terms when creating a bill - works on desktop - not on browser, why?

I would also like to know this.  The browser version does not even have a place to enter the supplier terms. This is very frustrating.

 

Very rude that there has been no response to this for 4 months.  Why do we pay so much money for this program to be ignored.
