Surcharge Error

I signed up for online payments by my clients to alleviate having a third party credit card payment process. This may also reduce costs and expedite quicker client payments. However, although from the start I chose "customer pays the surcharge", they have not been. The payments I receive from online MYOB payments are generally 1.8% lower. This has now equated to several hundred dollars in total across the last few months. How can this be rectified and how do I get this outstanding amount returned to my business?

    Do you know if your clients using BPay?  Bpay fees cannot be on-charged.

     

    I read a release note somewhere that you can now disable BPay as an option if you want to provide credit card payments as an option and don't want to pay the BPay fees.
