Why does MYOB save customers by their initials instead of the sir name or name allocated in the ID section.

Our system may use initials in certain areas for display or organisation purposes, particularly in places with limited space. However, the full name should still be accessible in the customer profile.

Hi thanks for the reply. I have more customers with the same initials than sir names. With no actual search engine find the correct customer is a slow and expensive time waster.
