View a refund transaction

Can anyone tell me how to view a refund for a customer credit?  I entered a customer credit and applied a refund to it but, now when I go to reconcile the account it came out of in MYOB, I can't see the transaction (as in, it has gone out of the physical account, but the transaction is missing in MYOB, therefore the account doesn't reconcile). So I need to find what's happened to the transaction in MYOB but, when I go to the credit and click on the link for the "payment received", it just opens the credit again.  When I open a customer invoice or a supplier bill that has been paid, if I click on the link for the payment, it takes me to the actual transaction in the bank account in MYOB, but the "payment" link on a customer credit just takes me into an infinite loop of reopening the credit and there doesn't seem to be a way to open the bank transaction record for the actual refund.

Does anyone know how to find the transaction easily?
