Thanks for your reply but can I ask why MYOB keeps changing things that your customers don't want but ignore changes that we do want? I spent 2 years complaining about the invoice and quote numbers coming from the same pool and that apparently couldn't be changed but mysteriously I discovered that you can now do this when I was digging around on MYOB a few weeks ago. I understand adding an option for overdue invoice summaries but this link in emails to unpaid invoices that can't be switched off is annoying and has the potential to make business owners look unprofessional, especially small business owners like me that wear multiple hats. Can you please raise this as something to be changed in your system?

Appreciate you taking the time to share this. Sounds like you've been digging around and know your way around MYOB pretty well too. I get where you're coming from with the email link thing. I can see how that could feel a bit off, especially when you're trying to keep things looking polished for your customers. And yep, you're not the only one who's flagged it. Someone's already popped this exact idea onto our Ideas Board. The best way to help push it along is to jump in and give it a vote here.
