Why can't I add a second address (job address) when creating an invoice?

We run a glass & glazing company and often need to add a second address (job address).  Could do this easily in Accountright desktop version but can't do in Business Lite browser version.  May have to change accounting software if this can't be rectified. So frustrating.

    Hi GLASS2GLAZE,

I know how crucial it is to have the right address details for smooth business operations. In MYOB Business, you can indeed add two addresses for a contact. When you open a contact in MYOB Business, you'll find both a shipping address and a billing address available. These addresses are added from the customer card, not while creating invoices. This allows you to manage different addresses for your contacts efficiently.

    Best regards,

    Doreen

  • Hi Glass2glaze, Did your issue with MYOB get resolved last year?  We are an Electricial company now with the same needs.  I'm sure changing the card file to each job address for the customer will be too time consuming!  Did you stay with Business Lite or move back?  We were considering to downsize from Accountright Plus to Business Lite, but it seems it might not work for us either! Any assistance would be appreciated, whilst I wait on the phone for MYOB to pick up.  Cheers.
