MYOB app

Good afternoon 

please advise why I can’t use my MYOB app. It is saying I need permission to access my own invoices

    Hi Stevesben

     

    If you’re having trouble getting into certain parts of the software but can still access other bits, it usually means your access is a bit limited for that section. If you’re listed as an admin in the file though, you should have the access to everything.

     

    If things still aren’t adding up, it’s best to touch base with our team so we can take a proper look. You can send through a support ticket from the MyAccount window, or jump on live chat through our virtual assistant, MOCA.
