MYOB Capture Notes

Only part of the note comes into the Memo and as the bookkeeper I cannot see the full note in the In Tray. Is there a way to see the complete note the credit card holder is putting with the receipt?

    Hi Caroline-Book,

     

    Bit of a bummer! At the moment, full notes added in MYOB Capture don't come through with uploads to the In Tray, so you're only seeing part of that message in the Memo. Check this link for more details how MYOB Capture App works.
