EXO - purchase order approval routing and notification

Hi,   I'm an EXO user and is wondering does the software have a feature allowing purchase order approval routing and sends out notification to the person taht needs to approval the purchase order? ...

Hi JMMPW ,

There is a basic "Authorisation" feature for purchase orders in MYOB Exo Business that might meet your requirements, there'ssome brief notes on it here:

I suspect the feature doesn't allow the depth you're asking for out of the box, if you get in touch with your implementing partner they might be able to set up custom logic to enable what you need using a combination of the Purchase Order Authorisation feature, and Business Alerts to trigger the required emails.
