Changing Item Prices

Question

Hi,Where would be the best place (screen) to change Inventory Item prices?We have had issues where we have changed the price using "Set Item Prices" but they have not saved.We have recently switched to Accountright Premier and the issue has happened since we started using the new Myob file.Why would this have happened?&nbsp;Thanks&nbsp;&nbsp;

The best place to change inventory item prices in AccountRight Premier is the Set Item Prices window. However, since your changes are not saving, here are a few things to check:
&nbsp;

Make sure to properly save the changes by clicking OK after adjusting the prices. You can reopen the item afterward to confirm if the update was successful.
 If you're not logged in as the Administrator, you may not have full access to modify prices. It's worth checking the User Access settings under Setup to ensure you have the right permissions.&nbsp;
 As an alternative, you can also update prices directly from the Items List by selecting an item, navigating to the Selling Details tab, and adjusting the base selling price there.
