Deleting obsolete inventory items

Hi,   I have some obsolete inventory items that had transactions attached to them more than 5 years ago. Is there any way to get rid of this history so that the items can be deleted?   Thanks

Thanks for your response Komal_S I really want to get rid of these items that we will never be using again.

    I have about 200 items to remove. No housekeeping has been done for the last 10 years or so.

      Hi Ivy12 

       

      With those numbers, probably best to use the approach as outlined by Komal_S. If you had several thousand I could suggest a 3rd party that does this in bulk, however due to cost (approx $275) not worth it for such small numbers.
