Hi donna-r , in your Excel screenshot I don't see an Amount column? It should appear after Rate.

Thanks for the screenshot, super helpful. This occurs because Microsoft Excel adds formatting when saving to text-based formats. When you export a worksheet as Tab Delimited or CSV, Excel automatically wraps any value that contains a comma in double quotes. This is expected behavior and can affect numeric fields that use commas as thousands separators.

There are multiple ways to achieve this, ideally just change the column format in Microsoft Excel, and save the file and import again. I had read other posts abt this error and have done everything advised yet am still having the issue.
I submitted a support request at the same time I posted my enquiry here, do you know how long it will take to get a response please?

  Quick update: the Case Management team usually replies within 1–2 business days, but the current ticket queue is longer than usual, so it may take a bit more time. I’ll keep you posted.
