Error -25: Invalid amount

    Hi donna-r​ , in your Excel screenshot I don't see an Amount column? It should appear after Rate.

I had read other posts abt this error and have done everything advised yet am still having the issue.
I submitted a support request at the same time I posted my enquiry here, do you know how long it will take to get a response please?

Hi donna-r, 

 

Quick update: the Case Management team usually replies within 1–2 business days, but the current ticket queue is longer than usual, so it may take a bit more time. I’ll keep you posted.
