That does look close to a foreign currency rounding issue. If the transaction is coming from an integration or external system, make sure that system is set to round values to 2 decimal places before sending them into MYOB.
As for the transaction being locked, it could be that there’s a locked period in place. It’s worth checking this help link on how to unlock the period and then see if you’re able to edit the transaction. If that’s not what’s causing it, it’d be best to reach out to our team so they can check what’s going on in the file.
