How to remove the long decimal points from Inventory on hand numbers

Hi,&nbsp;I have a few Inventory On Hand numbers with extra-long decimal point values.&nbsp;How can I get rid of them and prevent them from happening again?&nbsp;IT would be good to keep the decimal points to 4 places.&nbsp;ThanksClint
