Once an Item has been used, MYOB will not allow you to add or remove the 'I Inventory' tick. You will need to rename and make the original item inactive and create a new item with the tick.
In you have a large number, there is a myob specialist who can do this (add the tick) however there would be a fee for the service. Send me a private message or email if you want contact details.

The error message normally appears for inventoried items. You may run the hotfix tool on the local file to resolve this issue. Download the tool for your version AccountRight 2020.1 and earlier versions or AccountRight 2020.2 and later.
Please note: Makes sure to run the hotfix tool as an administrator to ensure it will work.
If you are using the Silent Installer, you will need to install both v3.5 - Download Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5 Service Pack 2 for Windows Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center and v4.0 - Download Microsoft SQL Server Compact 4.0 SP1 from Official Microsoft Download Center in order to run the hotfix tool.
